1Q: Can you provide the color card to me?
A: Yes, we can provide free color cards. Please contact us to request one. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
2Q: Can I have a sample fabric?
A: Yes, we offer sample fabrics in units of 1 meter. Please get in touch with our sales for sample quotations. Shipping costs will be borne by you.
3Q: What is your price?
A: Our prices are categorized into two types: sample price and wholesale price. Please contact us for detailed pricing information.
4Q: What is your minimum wholesale MOQ?
A: For existing stock fabrics, the minimum wholesale MOQ is one roll of fabric per color.
5Q: How much does each roll of fabric weigh?
A: The weight of each roll of fabric varies. Small rolls weigh approximately 22 kg, while large rolls weigh about 29 kg. The exact weight depends on the specific fabric.
6Q: Can the color be customized? How long will the lead time take?
A: Yes, we offer color customization for our fabrics. The lead time for customization depends on the availability of the base fabric and the order quantity. There are two situations to consider:
1) If we have the base fabric in stock, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for one color customization is 200kg. The estimated delivery time is about 15-20 days, depending on the current production status of our factory.
2) In the event that we do not have the required base fabric, we will need to re-weave it. In this case, the minimum order quantity for the base fabric is 1000kg. Please note that the lead time for this scenario is approximately 60 days, again depending on the factory's production status.
7Q: What is your payment method?
A: We collect payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Our payment process is divided into two situations:
1) For stock materials: Full payment must be received before we can arrange the delivery of your order.
2) For custom material colors: Before production begins, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the delivery of your order.
8Q: Do your fabrics have Oeko-Tex certification or SGS certification?
A: Our fabrics meet the national Class B standard for spot materials. Additionally, our materials are capable of passing Oeko-Tex and SGS tests. If you have specific test requirements in this area, please feel free to contact us for more information.
